1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our roofing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Services and Estimates

All estimates provided by Trustline Roofing Inc. are based on a visual inspection and are subject to change if unforeseen damage (such as rotted decking) is discovered during the project. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved by the client via a change order before work continues.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in the formal contract provided before work begins. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule the job, with the remaining balance due upon completion and final inspection.

4. Warranties

Trustline Roofing Inc. provides a workmanship warranty on all installations and repairs, the duration of which is specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials (e.g., shingles) are separate and are handled directly by the manufacturer.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Trustline Roofing Inc. is not liable for minor vibrations or dust that may occur inside the home during the roofing process. We are fully licensed and insured for major damages or accidents directly caused by our crew.
